“The Monkey on the Horse”, carries an auspicious meaning in Chinese traditional culture. ”Monkey” and "Hou" are homonyms, where “Hou” means the second level out of the five in the ancient Chinese noble hierarchy, referring to the dignitaries; whereas “on the horse” is a homophonous pun of “immediately”. The saying in its entirety means to "make quick progress".

Avoid placing in direct sunlight for a long period of time – unless you want a worn out, vintage look!
Dip the tip of a toothpick in superglue, gloss over the place where needed. As quickly and accurately as possible, paste the detached parts together and hold for a few seconds. Refrain from using too much glue as it can create stains, or get your hands dirty!
Tips: Clean with a soft bristle brush or water. Avoid using corrosive or adhesive detergents.
